Shipping policy

Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. Products are processed within 1-3 business days, tracking number will be sent via email to customers when items are shipped. During Sales and promotions can take up to 7 days to process due to high sales volumes. Custom Wigs May take up to 7-10 business days especially custom units. 

All orders will be shipped via UPS and USPS  you will receive a receipt of confirmation.
