Shipping Policy
We ship Via UPS and occasionally USPS, standard shipping takes 2-4 business days. We also offer Next Day Air option through UPS. Shipping updates are provided to each customer after purchase via email. (Please check your spam mail in case you haven't received updates in your primary mailbox). Please note that processing time is not included in shipping.
International Shipping All orders shipped Internationally will be shipped via DHL or UPS. Please check your email for shipping details after purchase.
Signature Required
All Wig orders are signature required.
Undeliverable Packages
If your package does not successfully delivered and is sent back to Vella B’ s Extensions, it is typically due to insufficient address information. Once package is returned to us you will be emailed a E-gift card (minus shipping cost) within 2-5 business days for future purchase. Customer will cover cost fore shipment of new order. Please verify shipping address before submitting order. Information includes; name, street address, suite or apartment number, zip code and or state. Vella B’s Extensions is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
COVID-19 NOTICE
Due to the current environment with the COVID-19 virus, shipments are taking longer to reach their destinations. The shipping carriers are working hard to meet their commitments, but shipments may be delayed. Specifically, shipments with International destinations can take additional weeks for completed deliveries.
